Visa Lennar is a South Florida headquarters facility with operations necessary for Latin America.  The project joined several departments together on one floor of the Lennar Center in the west area of Miami.  At the time, Visa was in a growth mode and added square footage to maintain adjacency with all the departments.  A complete gut and demolition were required since the Lennar building was relatively old.  Services included program analysis of each area totaling staff count for the present year and future totals relative to their growth history in the Miami area.  The building contains executive offices, operations offices, a conference center and a large computer center.  PN+L worked closely with the executive team, project and facilities management to provide efficient and well used floor space for the new floor.
