PN+L was retained by Visa International to design a new regional headquarters facility for operations required for Latin America.  The building is approximately 190,000 square feet of space and contains executive offices, operations offices, a conference center, a full service cafeteria, an employee gym and a large computer center.  PN+L provided program analysis to submit to the building’s architect for the base building structure.  PN+L was responsible to develop floor plate size, bay depths and core to window depths to assure efficient use of space for Visa’s space requirements.  PN+L worked closely with management, facilities and the building architects to produce an efficient building on budget.
