Walt Disney International, Latin American division, leased the penthouse floor in a building in Coral Gables, Florida.  Several buildings were presented for lease.  PN+L designed a Mickey Mouse floor plate for the entry and reception area.  Although in plan it is clear, in 3 dimension it was very subtle.  PN+L used Mickey graphics and colors to design a spectacular South Florida space for Disney.  The high ceilings were due to the penthouse floor which contained higher ceilings than all of the other floors.  The space was first generation space.  PN+L provided comprehensive services from architecture to signage to graphics.
